Professional services in my practice are provided on a fee-for-service basis. I am out-of-network for insurance, and I am not a Medicare or Medicaid provider. Bills are sent monthly by email and they include information to allow you to submit a claim to your insurance company.
My standard fee for a 50-minute session is currently $240.
